Brothers Redevelopment
Overview
Brothers Redevelopment is a Denver-based nonprofit that provides housing and housing-related services for low-income, elderly, and disabled residents. They are one of the primary agencies that administers Denver's TRUA program and operate the Colorado Housing Connects statewide hotline.
Programs
TRUA Administration
Brothers Redevelopment is an intake partner for the Denver TRUA Program. They process applications and help Denver residents access rental and utility assistance.
Rent and Mortgage Assistance
- Up to 6 months of rental assistance (one time within a 24-month period)
- May include rental arrears, current month's rent, and up to one month of future rent
- Household income must not exceed 80% AMI
- Residence must be in the City AND County of Denver
